Switzerland. Real estate brokerage is regulated at the cantonal level in Switzerland; there is no federal licensing requirement. In the canton of Zürich, brokers are not required to hold a formal licence, and an engagement is governed by a written mandate agreement with the seller.

Dubai / UAE. Sheikh Ahad Ahmed is registered as a real estate broker with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under the Dubai Land Department, broker registration number BRN 61956.
